Do you charge Shipping Fees?
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.
For all orders under $50 we offer flat rate shipping of $5.
Can I track my package once it is shipped?
Once your item ships we will send you confirmation with tracking information.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax to all residents of Washington.
What does it mean when an item is special order?
When an item is special order it means we don’t normally have this item in stock. We are able to special order
it from our manufacturer and it takes approximately 7-10 business days for us to receive it in our store.
Are there busy times of year when it will likely take longer to receive my item?
Our busiest times of year are back-to-school and Christmas. Expect delays as September and December
approach.
Do you ever discontinue items or run out?
We come out with new products twice a year and sometimes in between. Depending on how an item sales we
may discontinue it and add a new item in its place. From time to time we have items listed on our website that
are out of stock and we are unable to reorder them. Please forgive us. Our inventory is constantly on the move
and we do our best to keep our site updated. Occasionally we mess up and will work with you to make it right.
When will I receive my order?
This is a good question! Personalized items take a little extra TLC and we know you appreciate the time it
takes to make it just right for our customers [that’s you]. We appreciate your patience and know you will love
your personalized items from The Gift Whiz. It typically takes 5-7 business days for items that are in stock to be
shipped. If it is a special order item or is currently out of stock it will take up to 14 business days for your item
to be shipped. If you have any questions regarding your purchase don’t hesitate to contact us.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 24-7 online and you can shop at your convenience. We are in the office filling orders and

What size embroidery will I receive on my personalized item(s)?
The size of the embroidery depends on three things: the item being personalized, the font chosen and the
length of the name. If you have something specific in mind for the size of the monogram, let us know. We are
happy to work with you so your item is personalized the way you want it.
Why are our products priced without personalization charges?
Many of our customers prefer not to have their item(s) personalized with embroidery. Because of this we have
separated the product from the embroidery fee.
How do I order a product with embroidery?
Each item has a form within it to fill in "Font", "Thread" and "Personalization". If you wish to have your item
embroidered you fill in the font, thread and personalization and then add the item to your cart. To add the
embroidery charges to your cart, you must return to that page and click "Add Embroidery". Our shopping cart
is set up this way so that the embroidery information stays with the item(s) you are ordering, so that we are
accurate when personalizing your products.
How do I take care of my Personalized Products?
Anything with silver lining - only wipe the bag with a damp cloth. Do not wash in a washing machine and
definitely keep out of the dryer. Leave open and let dry on the counter.
Nap rolls may be washed in cold water with the foam pillow insert removed. Lay flat to dry.
Towel wraps, blankies, and other minky items: Wash in cold with like colors, and lay flat to dry.
Nylon bags & stuff: We have washed backpacks and duffels many times in cold water and they've fared just
fine. Air dry.
